We are offering the international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you are one of those countries, refund would be made.

SHIPPING & DELIVERING 

*The logistics method used by standard logistics is the postal dedicated line service, delivered within 12-20 days (USPS/China Post/Epacket)

The logistics method used in expedited logistics is for commercial dedicated line services, delivered within 3-8 days (FEDEX/UPS/DHL)

*Working day means any day except Saturday, Sunday, or bank holidays.

*This does not include our 2-4 business days processing time.

*All deliver periods exclude the clearance/customs/covid-19 delays.

*As our customer base is global, holidays vary from country to country. Therefore, we will observe local holidays and take time off accordingly. However, in the event of a holiday, we will do our utmost to ensure that your products are shipped as soon as possible.

*Free shipping for orders over $26.99, otherwise a shipping fee of $6 will be charged.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Our Store are not responsible for the missing packages due to these following reasons: Incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. (Please make sure that the billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. PO.BOX Address is not allowed) ; after the delivery is signed by the receiver; the courier of the shipping company could not contact the receiver.

CUSTOMS

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. A: For some shipping companies, it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 3 business days without tracking information, please contact us (service@hotli.live).

 

Q: WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

A: For the logistical reasons, items in the same purchase might be sent in separate packages.
